Financial Details.

When placing an order at Caravanalia, your card details are encrypted and transmitted in the encrypted form to our authorized-paymentprocessor. The payment process then authorises your payment which is then notified to us. The payment authorization code is then only used should you require a refund to your card. We therefore do not hold any credit /debit card numbers.

Payments made by our telephone sales team are entered manually via the payment processors system after which the above procedures follow.

Caravanalia does not hold or store any Credit / Debit card details.

Caravanalia will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have the required permission or are required to do so by law. We may send you information on promotional products and newsletters which we think you may find of interest.
